«When we arrived, neither the outdoor or indoor pool was open. We were told it would open at 9pm, it did not. This was also two years in a row that the waterpark wasn't open. Opened up the sofa bed- the mattress was so old, there was no support. The springs were sticking out of the mattress- it was not able to be slept on due to it being that uncomfortable. Tried to call the front desk for more towels- followed the instructions on the phone to reach the front desk, but it would not go ...

«The pool was broken so we couldn't use it. I had prepaid for the room I couldn't change hotels or get refunded since I didn't cancel before check in time. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable and good complimentary breakfast.»

«The room was spotless, smelled wonderful and was nice and cool on a hot day. We stayed in a wheelchair accessible room and I was able to move around the room easily. The bathroom was huge with an accessible shower. They offered what looked like a great breakfast but we needed to leave. We will absolutely stay again, highly recommend.»

«Staff when we checked in was great and helpful! As I was getting ready to check out, I noticed a bug on a pillow. I took a picture of it and video. I went to the front desk and the there was a lady sitting in the office and asked what I needed. I showed her the picture and video and she asked if it was from today - I said yes, and seemed kind of annoyed, I brought it to her attention.»

«Two of us stayed here for a gals' weekend in mid-March. Our stay happened to coincide with a snow storm (not unusual for the season in the area), and this was the perfect place to hang out and relax. The space was clean and comfortable, and the fireplace made it super cozy. (The fireplace is on a thermostat, so it's totally effortless!) The sturdy, folding table on wheels made the space nicely flexible. We could unfold it for meals and jigsaw puzzles or easily move it out of the way to roll out ...

«This place was the perfect spot to end the day after visiting with family. It had everything we needed and more! The screened patio was our favorite hangout spot after fishing off the dock in the evenings. We would definitely stay there again if we are ever back in this area! »
