«Very homey!! I would most definitely recommend and when I come back to town I hope I can get this place again!!»

«Great house, just what we needed.»

«Super cute house!! Quite neighborhood. Very clean. Host was extremely fast to get back to me when I reached out about a concern. Parking was great. Will definitely recommend this house and host for family who visits.»

«Sleeps 12? Only 3 coffee cups? Coffee makers are nasty and no filters! Not quiet. Directly across the street from a convenience store, headlights all night. Within feet from a small apartment building. Blinds broken in 2of the bedrooms. Exhaust fan in bathroom dirty! Dryer was also non functional. Driveway is narrow and turning around requires a 4 point turn.»

«Great communication with host, clean, convenient and exactly as advertised.»

«The house was lovely, very comfortable and perfect for us and our dog who enjoyed the fenced in back yard with its beautiful lawn. The house is on a quiet street in East Rochester and was very convenient for driving to other parts of Rochester, to the museums, Durand Eastman Park and Lake Ontario beach park. I highly recommend the George Eastman House if you are interested in photography, and the Memorial Art Gallery which has an excellent collection and wonderful sculpture park. Cheryl, thank ...

«This property fit our needs perfectly. It was clean and comfortable and everything we needed for our 3 day stay in the area.»

«Sold home in NY needed a place to stay for a few days while the sale completed. This house was perfect for our needs. Owners may need to look in to a new cleaning company. Floors were so dirty I mopped them myself 4 times . Mop water was black. The house itself is very cute and location was perfect.»

«This property I’m sure at some point was an elevated stay experience. It lacks a lot of maintenance and cleanliness. The staff at the one restaurant could use some training is speed of service and accommodation.»

«The property looks like it needs major upgrades. While the bathroom had a new sink and shower the walls where patched and not repainted. The door to the room was splintering at the bottom with strips falling off. The window covering was cheesy and broken.»

«Definitely horrible way 2 hours above the employees fought each other didn't know how to turn the computer on check me in never stay there again»

«Our hotel room was so gross. There were stains on the curtains the bedding and the bathroom was falling apart. I never stay here except all the other hotels were booked. I do not recommend this place. The staff seem to be working but the whole place needs an overhaul.»

«Breakfast was disappointing, plenty of options but didn't look great. Housekeeping was great. Room was comfortable though a touch musty smelling.»

«The room was clean but a little bit crowded & the lighting in the room was poor. There were many choices in the breakfast room but not nearly enough seating for a hotel of that size. The staff member we dealt with, Cindy, was excellent. It was a pleasant stay.»
