I would suggest the owner store personal items (personal toiletries, kitchen items, mail, ... in a owner's closet). The kitchen drawers need cleaned out and organized. «Beware before you book this apartment. This unit is built above a bar, and the music from the bar is very loud in the apartment. The base vibrates the bed, the the tables. The thermostat is not located inside the apartment, it is located down inside the bar. You will have to wait until the bar opens before you can have the temperature adjusted.
