«The staff is lazy, we had to call 5 times for a shuttle, they wouldnt even answer the phone. Old dirty pair of mens socks left in our room, front desk Nathan said, o sorry it hapoens all the time,
had to wait an hour for towels, went to desk for towels and was told no, we had to wait at room. For 200 bucks a night, service was horrible. Won't be returning.»

«I travel to Tucson often to see my grandkids. This was always the go to hotel. The breakfast to the late check out. The hotel had gotten so dated. The carpets are very dirty. The breakfast was not like it use to be. It makes me a little sad. It is no longer the go to hotel.»
