«Beautiful fully redecorated rooms and great staff. Our first choice when visiting Stratford for theater nights. Very convenient to Festival theater as it is a short 5 to 10 minute walk. Highly recommend it.»

«Great place to stay and great food,the staff is awesome and helpful. The only one thing is when booking a room it states breakfast is included which is of course a seller but it was not and only offered a free mimosa, very misleading. I would recommend this place to my family and friends.»

«Overall, our two-night stay was okay. Our room(s) were interesting, since it was more like a suite. However, window air conditioning was loud. And coffee was nowhere to be found. Our in-room coffee/espresso machine was inoperable. And while talking to other folks staying there, found they had the same experience. Continental breakfast was a joke and again no coffee.»

«Suite spacious. Functionally well designed. Staff congenial and most helpful. Convenient parking and access to many superb local restaurants, cafes, bars, bistros, within walking distance. Less than one block from river edge sidewalk path along which pleasant walk to Stratford’s two main theatre complexes. We’ll be recommending highly to family and friends. Hopefully having opportunity to return ourselves.»

«Property is charming, well located, peaceful and quiet. Room is clean but needed few " fixes": hook behind bathroom door was broken, only 2 hangers. There was a controller for either TV or fan, we were not told, but it did work. I don't believe there is AC. We did call Tim his voicemail was full and he did not answer the text message. There is a coffee machine , but we found no snacks. The inn is within walking distance of many nice cafés»

«I am hesitant to give Bentley's Inn an amazing review. It is a little gem that was simply amazing and if this secret gets out, they may be fully booked next time I want to stay there. Parking was great. Great boutique hotel. They had a cover band downstairs in the bar and we could barely hear them. They way they repurposed this building into a boutique hotel was amazing.»

«Blinds broke when I closed curtains. Curtains do not provide privacy from parking lot. Bedside lamp switch did not work. Toilet dripped constantly. Heater/AC sounds like 747 revving up. Bed comfortable enough. Free hot drinks and cookies. Adequate for single night stay, but overpriced for what you get. More like Hotel 8 in style. Outdated facility on its last legs. Staff friendly enough, but no one was around at checkout.»

«The hotel was adequate for one night. And I see they have updated some things like the decor and bathroom. However the musty smell is very off putting and did not make for a pleasant stay. Check in was quick and easy and the staff was pleasant.»

«what sank the experience was the kitchenette - dark with peeling laminate. after seeing that I didn't even want tto peel back the bedding. Just slept on top of the topping in my clothes. didn't see anything horrible or anything - just couldnt get over that kitchenette. bathroom wasn't great either.»

«No muss; no fuss. Clean motel rooms on a tidy property with a pretty little pool. The owner and staff were positively wonderful – helpful, kind, friendly. I will definitely go back!»
