«Location was lovely, the staff was helpful. Our room 204 was at the high traffic area of the hotel, and was right next to the restaurant exhaust fans which were loud from 7am-midnight. This was the only issue we had with the hotel but would recommend asking for a room on the 3rd floor.»

«Beautiful grounds. The hotel has many rooms, which may be different. Mine was very basic decor and could have benefited from some paint touch ups, but was large, clean contained a fridge with freezer and microwave and was very well priced. Bed was comfortable, the room was quiet, and staff were great. There is a restaurant on site although it wasn’t open for breakfast during my stay.»

«Such an easy and well thought out check in process, they really empower you will information. The room also actually had amenities and extras like makeup remover wipes which was so exciting to see in this day and age where most hotels have cut back on their hospitality elements. Such a convenient location and so nice having the bar below (and we could never hear it from our room!) We absolutely want to return and bring our friends with us! »

«Staff were unresponsive and unhelpful. We left an item in our room and didn’t realize until we left. Despite multiple text messages, emails, and phone calls, we got no response whatsoever. We will not stay there again.»

«The parking lot is well lit and in a safe neighbourhood. The owners are very nice and accommodating. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. The beds included firm and soft pillows which allowed us to sleep well.»

«what sank the experience was the kitchenette - dark with peeling laminate. after seeing that I didn't even want tto peel back the bedding. Just slept on top of the topping in my clothes. didn't see anything horrible or anything - just couldnt get over that kitchenette. bathroom wasn't great either.»

«Great breakfast by socializing with other guests and the hosts. Heathy breakfast at a chic table. My children enjoyed the indoor hot tub and the large room that we stayed in. Highly pleasant stay that felt home. »

«We booked a two-night getaway in Stratford to enjoy the musical Annie at the Festival Theatre and felt so lucky to have discovered this Cottage! The hosts Sue and Al were so warm and welcoming. Their cottage is beautiful, clean, comfortable with everything we needed - just like home. We shared many laughs and stories over delicious home-made breakfast, learned about the town of Stratford and its arts scene. We even got invited to a classical chamber music concert thanks to the connection of the ...
