«DO NOT RENT. If you cannot tell by the pictures this is a trailer. This renter has a rule book with fine print and every single rule has absurd additional charges in it such as “Not doing your dishes will require a $250 minimum fee”. I stayed with my girlfriend for one weekend. We left the property exactly as we found it only needed a place to sleep for an event we were attending. She asked me to cashapp her $50 to arrive early and after throughly following the checklist for checkout to try not ...
