«Love this place! Definitely my favourite place I stayed at on the trip! So unique, welcoming and well kept. The staff were all super friendly, the owner was welcoming and available to answer questions. It was such a nice and relaxing place that it was a great stop to end our trip to unwind. I would like to run away from home and live here full time, please! Also, the town itself was quite charming with so many alleyways filled with beautiful murals. »

«The property is embedded in a beautiful scenery and has a great view from the balcony. It is spacious and most things function well. It is a bit dirty, and a bit worn-out. Staff is friendly, uncoplicated. Parking on-site. »

Driving from the south side, Google Maps navigation wants to lead you thought a closed entry road, so navigate to the main UPSI Kampus entrance by the Proton City Highway. Quiet area. Outside at another building in front of the hotel windows there are bright lights all night. «There was a long flight of steps to get down to the property. It may be able to cater for many people but seating and dining areas are not conducive for all to gather. Master bedroom bed is sunken and the bathroom rail collapsed. Billiard table is torn and karaoke mic doesn't work. Oven spoilt and the microwave/grill has seen better days. "This hotel is listed as five star. To be honest it should be removed from Hotels.com. It is a one star at best. Worn down. Had to search for the reception. The room had an intens smell of industrial cleaning chemicals. Probably to hide the smell of mould. Absolutely nauseous smell. It was not clean and it was run down. View was straight into a concrete wall, and this was supposed to be a suite. The shower did not have warm water. For several hours there was drilling noise in the room to be heard so loudly I could barely hold a conversation. The smoke detector was covered in a cling film. Talk about safety issues. A complete disaster of a hotel. I suspect they do not maintain anything here. Not anything like the description in Hotels.com. Read the other reviews too, and please book something else. I decided to leave and go back to KL city. "
