«Second time visitors, we enjoyed the placement of our room, access to watercraft, and the ease of preordering our dinner (with two young kids this was essential). Our room was tidy upon check in, and any questions or requests were promptly addressed. There are some age related issues with the building (ie inefficient AC unit) and the public bathrooms were a bit unsanitary. Despite this, we will be returning in the future!»

«A great way to experience Muskoka for a weekend. A little pricy for the overall quality of the amenities and food - $21 breakfast buffet was less than many included hotel breakfasts, pontoon boat tour guide was excellent but seats were ripped, lack of useable outlets in rooms doesn't reflect current need for charging phones etc.»

«The property is old and not maintained. No hot water for showers, bed was hard, fire alarm kept chirping during the night and toilet seat was falling off. Advise owner at checkout so maybe they will be dealt with.»

«While we had a nice stay and breakfast was fine we were a little disappointed the room hadn't been restocked prior to the next guests coming. It was clean, but no hand soap and there was no toilet paper. The front desk quickly remedied the situation.»

«Walls are paper thin, could hear people talking after quite time, as well as a toddler crying though most of the 3 nights we were there. To top it off at 7:15 am they started yard maintenance on a Monday morning. So much for a Quite Bay place. Got the bill and it was 144 dollars a night plus 25 dollars for extra guest per night. It was only the 2 of us. Will not be returning.»

«My husband and I booked the cottage in early spring 2025 for our wedding ceremony and reception in May 2026. We were uncertain whether the dock would be installed for the ceremony, but Kim worked with us to make sure we had the ceremony of our dreams! The cottage was beautiful and blew our guests away. «The owners seemed friendly and the room was fine for a quick one night stop in the area. We had two beds in our room - one was comfortable and the other felt like a rollaway bed mattress (very uncomfortable). Our bathroom door did not close properly. The bathroom could use a little TLC but was overall clean. The worst part was the inconsiderate other guests that were drinking and talking loudly outside the rooms until midnight when I asked them to be quiet. It sounded like they were in our room.»

«Check in was easy. The property is very clean . Directions marked on the trees not great. There should be more info given on where the parking is and rough terrain to get to the cabin. The ad also showed sand beach front and there was no sand at all. Pictures are very disappointing .»

«My boyfriend and I enjoyed our stay. We were pleasantly surprised with the 1 bedroom cottage (1 Bluejay). It was perfect! The cottage was clean, it had everything we needed. The king bed was comfy and the deck overlooking the water was relaxing and serene. We’ll be back!»
