«Everything was great! Beautiful place to stay. My only issue was my friends checked in early and we weren’t able to which was ok. But then no one ever let us know our room was ready and we kept waiting. I finally went and checked back in ( hours later) and they were like,”Oh yay it’s ready”. Our luggage hadn’t been taken up like we asked either. But overall such a fun place to stay.»

«HORRIBLE!!!!! If you don't care about getting the room you booked, clean spaces, mold in the bathrooms, or helpful staff, this is the place for you. We arrived at 11:30pm after a long day of travel & were informed that even though we booked a double queen, all they had was a king room (great for 3 grown adults). The front desk apologized, said they would refund our first night and bring us a rollaway bed. Since it was so late & we weren't sure how likely it would be to get a different hotel at ...

«Overall a good experience but both stays I asked for something from the front desk and didn’t receive help. Phoned 3 times for the heat to be turned up and asked a few times for something else. Finally Erica at the front desk helped but it was very annoying to have to phone multiple times. »
