«The bad experience began when we pulled in and I tought the place was abandoned. The exterior looked sad and worn down. We wen to the office at 5:30 pm and no one was there, apparently check in between 3:30 and 5 if you'd like to actually talk to someone. We did receive an email explaining the check in procedure but as we were traveling in the State Park were there is little to no service we did not receive anything until we drove away from the motel and into the town where we finally got ...

«Great place to stay! Super clean and well maintained. The decor is historic boutique at its best. Lots of charming touches. There is an outdoor terrace and a communal sitting area with coffee, chess boards, and lots of historic books. My kids loved the loft bed. It felt like a second bedroom to them with their own space. When searching for place to stay to visit Shenandoah and Luray Caverns, most were bed and breakfast type places, cabins that looked old and not clean, or roadside motels. ...
