«Room was interesting. Loved the spiral staircase down to the bathroom and the jacuzzi tub (stayed in the Music Room). Property is beautiful. You get a complimentary wine tasting and continental breakfast at Belhurst Castle. Check-in is at Belhurst which we didn't realize. Luckily it is only a few miles away so not a big deal to get there and back. No hotel staff at White Springs Manor. Negatives: Bathroom had no door.... was located in the lower level of the room (bed was upstairs) but still ...

«I just spent five nights here, and really enjoyed my stay. Friendly staff and lovely bartenders. It is nice to have a good place to calm down in the evening after a long day, and Patty the barkeeper is one of a kind. The hotel was in mint condition, and nice and clean at all times. Nice to have such a large complementary parking outside as well. It is very close to EastView Mall. If you do not fancy driving into Rochester, there is a nice italian restaurant and a good sports bar just outside the ...

«When we arrived to our room it was not clean. We had to go and get another room. The staff was accommodating and was quick to fix the issue. The noise level amongst other guests was high. Kids running up and down the hallways yelling was a big issue.»
