«Let’s start with our room. The mattress was very soft, the bathroom had no exhaust fan. Yes there was a coffee maker in our room but if you went downstairs for a regular cup of coffee, they charge five dollars. I find that ridiculous. We did have dinner at the restaurant very hard taste the water had a very odd taste.»

«Breakfast was disappointing, plenty of options but didn't look great. Housekeeping was great. Room was comfortable though a touch musty smelling.»

«The grounds, bar and restaurant are beautiful, well staffed and maintained. Drinks were fantastic. The rooms and hallways are very dated.»

«Great location. Good price.»

«Pillows excellent Bathroom terrible/ Had a new toilet seat that did not fit. Ceiling had brown stuff all over it. Plastic chairs hard as rocks. Tub stopper out of tub and was a mess. Electric unit on bedroom wall uncovered with wires out. Breakfast was ok. Check-in person was fine. Easy checkout.»

«Nice hotel, good location and very good breakfast»

«Clean room and building, very helpful staff, included breakfast was ok.»

«I just spent five nights here, and really enjoyed my stay. Friendly staff and lovely bartenders. It is nice to have a good place to calm down in the evening after a long day, and Patty the barkeeper is one of a kind. The hotel was in mint condition, and nice and clean at all times. Nice to have such a large complementary parking outside as well. It is very close to EastView Mall. If you do not fancy driving into Rochester, there is a nice italian restaurant and a good sports bar just outside the ...

«The property was ok. The pool and hot tub need serious work! Rooms need updating. Mold on bathroom ceiling. Carpet in room stained. Door keys don’t work. Had to have housekeeping get me back in room several times despite front desk fixing. Breakfast was empty an hour before it ended and staff just sat there waiting to put the chairs up.»

«Wonderful experience at The Del Monte Lodge! The hotel is beautiful, comfortable, and impeccably maintained. What really stood out was the staff—everyone was genuinely warm, welcoming, and attentive, and I felt very well taken care of throughout my stay. The location in Pittsford is also perfect. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend it!»
