«Drove all the way from Dallas, Texas to Corpus Christi was told that our room was canceled due to the hotel did not have enough staff and the rooms were not clean the front desk Person did not even offer alternatives only to give us the general managers, name, and phone number and column on Monday morning when it was on a Saturday for us to check in, we had to scramble to find a hotel on a holiday weekend.»

«This was my second stay…and my LAST! These guys tried to charge me $20/ per room to check in2 hours early 2 rooms they said were ready. When I refused and came back in 2 hours, they claimed the rooms were not ready. We had to wait another hour. There are other and better hotels in the same price range. This one sucked.»

«The room was clean and check in was easy. Staff was polite. The disappointing thing was that it was not beach accessible. The hotel name is beachfront and we can see the water, but you have to drive to the beach.»

«Room was in bad shape. Definitely not worth 800 dollars for 2 rooms for 2 nights... Blackout curtain was not functional and when I requested they replace the non-functioning window they said they would and never did. The charger on the night stand had been removed and replaced with a piece of wood. The " breakfast" was very disappointing.. not much selection for what I paid. Broken tiles in the bathroom and shower that ran barely at a trickle.. no pressure..»
