The "stunning views" from the apartment are of a section of formal garden with a clipped hedge around the rotary clothes line. We had expected rural views.. The delay in providing directions and entry information came too late. We had packed our computers and were on the road to the overnight ferry to Tasmania--a 3 hour drive. «A spectacular property perched on the top of a hill with 360 degree views of the rural surrounds. It is a 20 minute drive to Launceston. The house is very well equipped for self catering and there some basic supplies such as tea bags, pod coffee, sugar,salt and pepper etc. The welcoming bottle of Sen Wine was a lovely touch. »

«A lovely old homestead surrounded by welcoming lawn and gardens. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was spacious & charmingly rustic. It suited the needs of our extended family of 7 adults & 4 children.
