«Excellent hotel with outstanding service! The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and everything exceeded my expectations. I truly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great experience. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!»

«This hotel is actually very nice. Large rooms, quite clean and a comfortable bed. Wifi is free, but the connection was unstable. Also, breakfast is included but was very minimalistic, but that might also have to do with me being almost the only guest... The buffet dinner is relatively expensive and not so good and there are no signs with info about the different dishes. Staff is generally friendly and helpful. The garden and pool area are well maintaned. Take a taxi to get to 'downtown' Tozeur, ...

«Elendig mat, ingen restaurant i nærheten, må betale ekstra for å bade. »

«The pool was freezing cold. The space in the room was super small and there was hardly any lights. The shower water was only slightly warm. The room needs some serious maintenance: door was squeaky and near breaking. Some of the walls plaster was coming off. Finally the Dar was really hard to find, hidden in a dark corner of the medina with no signs outside. The dar overall is nice but the rooms are overcharged for what you get. Breakfast is the same as usual across Tunisia. »

«I stayed in one of the beautiful houses between the palm trees with my kids and we truly enjoyed it. The vibe mirrors that of the Tozeur oasis, the breakfest service at your house was an unexpected bonus and we made good use of the relaxing swimming pool. The staff was very friendly, we recommend this accomodation to all that visit Tozeur.»

«Bad customer service »

«The staff was very helpful, available and nice. The position of the Residence is perfect for anyone who visits the city and its palms farms. There is still room for improvement on the cleaning side.»
