«Great front desk staff and they helped out tremendously»

«We booked a king size bed in one room and a Queen in the second bedroom. But the second bedroom came with twin beds. So was unhappy with not getting what we booked and payed for .»

«It was a nice experience»

«In general, very good. But two specific issue. Breakfast had more issues than anticipated: 10 deep at the toaster was an issue, maybe purchase a heavy duty one?; on a busy morning seems to have been no anticipation running out of eggs at 7:30 doesn't work for us and two thirds of the breakfast 2 hours had limited food.. We had a handicap room. It would be nice to actually have a chair in the room. The single rolling chair at the desk was pathetic, another easy chair would make the room ...

«Absolutely. I’d make that the standout part of the review because it really shows the level of service: We had such a wonderful stay at Stay Inn Muskoka this past weekend! From the moment we arrived, the service was amazing. A special thank you to Jonathan at reception, who was so welcoming, helpful and accommodating throughout our stay. Ingrid, the cleaner, also deserves a huge shoutout. Everything was extremely clean and well maintained. The service honestly went above and beyond. We simply ...

«A little dated, the restaurant was good, doing some hotel renovation when we were there but was not noisy. Many other entities use hotel property as a base, Ontario northland bus stop and muskoka cruise boat port. Not a bad place for the price.»

«It’s best to go in with low expectations or you will be disappointed. The room is as basic as basic can get. There is nothing which stands out. Plan on doing a lot of local sightseeing because there is nothing to make you want to stay in the room. The stove hot plate did not work and it took 2 phone messages, 2 email messages and 2 text messages before i got a response days later! Gives you an idea how they operate. I paid extra for a room with a non working hot plate! There is no view of the ...

«The staff were very helpful and friendly. The grounds were beautiful. We weren’t able to use the outdoor amenities as it was October. The room was comfortable but a little dated, the carpet needed replacing in the room we were in but it didn’t make the stay at all uncomfortable. We would recommend this resort and would stay again.»

«Fabulous view of lake - rooms were sparse but fine for us ! Sheets were clean and lots of towels . Quiet atmosphere. Very scenic .»

«Everything was perfect»

«Once you got past the stench of mold in the entry way, and got into your room you found the left over week old newspaper that was missed when the room was cleaned and the broken window in the bathroom. It's an older quaint building, so a bit louder than normal, but it also hasn't seen the level of maintenance you would expect - beyond the smell of mold and broken window, 2 drywall seams were also open floor to ceiling. On the positive side, Sam from the front desk was helpful after you ...

«Overall clean, very comfortable beds. Would stay again.»
