«The staff was very helpful and friendly, and the room was very clean. My family and I had a great stay, the only complaint I have is the Hottub was broken, but that happens sometimes. Also, the mattress was very firm, but that's personal preference. All in all, fantastic experience and if I ever find myself in Caldwell again, we will be staying here.»

«Overall was a good stay. Listening stated a grill but didn’t have a tank so we brought a small charcoal grill. The hot tub was great after a long day of hiking. Pet friendly so we got to bring our dog. Kitchen had everything we needed except a pair of tongs. Close to Kroger, Family Dollar and Dollar General for any odds and ends we needed.»

«We were looking for a place to relax after a couple of long hikes at burr oak. When you first step in front of the door, you smell mustiness. Its even more so when you open the door. We smelled the linens on the beds and picked the one that didnt smell as musty. Even bath towels had a musty odor. Couldnt find the fridge and host told us it was under the stove. Found it after figuring out how to open it. Its a dorm sized fridge, which would have been fine, but it was half a block of solid ice ...

«My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights, celebrating our 16th anniversary. We were a little disappointed. This is the fist time ever that we couldn't wait to leave. The description is pretty accurate but leaves out a few things. It doesn't have city water (which is fine but there's a sign above the kitchen sink that says its not drinkable) and in their welcome book it said they have drinkable water delivered. However they didn't say where it was. The view was beautiful!!! A flood had washed up ...

«What a great house and property. We were visiting the Caldwell area for a birthday party and reunion. This house fit our needs just right. Being dog friendly is a huge plus, as my dog enjoyed the wide open spaces of the yard and surrounding areas. We had a busy schedule outside the house so we didn’t get to use much of it, but what we did use was highly functional. The house is rustic, but in a charming way. I’d stay again.»
