«This was such a dreamy stay. Agnes was a wonderful host - she let us check in early, offered us lifts in her car everywhere and was really helpful with recommendations and anything else we needed. Not only that but the property was absolutely beautiful, it was like something out of a movie! We couldn’t recommend this place more and we will absolutely be back »

Also, it's near the picturesque medieval village of Moret-sur-Loing, made famous by impressionists like Alfred Sisley, Monet and Renoir. «Beautiful location, access to the river amazing.Property itself was ok, but in need of maintenance. Washing machine broken, dishwasher didn't work properly (mouldy and dishes came out dirty), drains and toilet smelled horrible (assume due to the septic tank?), electric gates got stuck all the time, very difficult to open and shut.We had a good time despite the above due to the lovely river access and proximity to fountainbleau and the forests, climbing and beautiful towns.»

Flott hotell i fine omgivelser. Mange flotte steder i nærheten, som Moret sur Loing, men man trenger absolutt bil. Hotellets frokost er i det vel enkleste laget med brødmat og en Nespresso-maskin. Ville satset på frokost i en av de sjarmerende landsbyene i nærheten. Veldig trivelig personal. Er man vant med femstjerners storbyhoteller vil nok standarden skuffe en del, men det er absolutt et autentisk slott med all den knirking og eklektiske innredningen man kan forvente.
