«When we went to check in the girl was rude n told me the smoking room that I reserved was unavailable. However after telling her to cancel she then said well let me see if house keeping wants to clean it. Then we had to wait 15 more minutes for the room to be cleaned. «Staff were polite and helpful. Check in was fast and easy. The room was fresh and clean. Breakfast was great ,had a nice variety of hot foods, cereals,and breads and bagels. The only thing was the juice section was out of order so the kids had to drink water. But that was no problem. The only issue we had was the pool area needed some attention to. There was trash several places on the floor, spider webs on 2 of the lounge chairs and barely any clean towels . Over all we loved the property and ...

«The 3rd bedroom is a curtain divider. The bathroom shower is really small with an accordion door to kitchen. Overall it is priced perfectly for the size, location to knoebels is a 3 minute walk, the stream in backyard is lovely, a nice yard for sitting outside, wood provided for fire pit.»
