«When we went to check in the girl was rude n told me the smoking room that I reserved was unavailable. However after telling her to cancel she then said well let me see if house keeping wants to clean it. Then we had to wait 15 more minutes for the room to be cleaned. Get to the room and the floor was not vacuumed, cobwebs everywhere,discusting stuff in the tub drain, dirt an inch thick behind the nightstand. Toilet ran every 15 minutes all night and the curtains didn't close all the way. Beds ...

«The original hotel.desk person was not friendly at all! Never smiled, never really looled at me! Horrible customer service...I booked 2 rooms with 4 people in each and we didn't have enough towels and had only 1 tiny bottle of a shampoo, conditioner, and lotion! 1 tiny for 4 people? That's crazy! I went down to ask for more, and he made me feel bad for asking!!! He was absolutely terrible at his job!»

«The 3rd bedroom is a curtain divider. The bathroom shower is really small with an accordion door to kitchen. Overall it is priced perfectly for the size, location to knoebels is a 3 minute walk, the stream in backyard is lovely, a nice yard for sitting outside, wood provided for fire pit.»

«Earlier reviews emphasized cleanliness of the property. It was not clean. Let's start with the positives. The bed was clean. We checked in without incident. The negatives. The house was not remotely clean. We owned an old house and were expecting radiator heat, etc. However, there was dog hair everywhere downstairs despite the fact no dogs are allowed.
