«Breakfast is as very good. The big problem was this place allows pets and it was obvious. Not the cleanest and I heard some dogs barking. I don’t understand this and will more than likely never stay in this type of hotel again. »

«The rooms are outdated no effort has been made to repair or upgrade the basics. I had to switch rooms 3 times. The first room had no hot water the shower flow was a stream with no pressure. The second room had bugs when I told the front desk she told me Ohio is known for stink bugs it is April this is known for in cold winter months. But I think that is not an acceptable reason they should do better. They did move me rooms but it was no upgrade we settled it was late and it was 1 night and ...

«My room wasn’t clean when I arrived. Given my check in being 3pm and I hadn’t gotten there till 1am… to find hair in my shower dirt on my floors and the last persons hair was accessories still in the bathroom was unsatisfactory. Other than that the rest of the property was clean staff was friendly.»

«We booked for only one night and it exceeded expectations, the room was adorable, clean, the whole hotel smelled fresh, parking was a breeze, the staff was lovely, the TV had preloaded streaming services just had to log in. The shower alone was worth the price, the water pressure was adjustable and amazing! It does spray out of the shower a bit so keep the door shut! The room was on the pricier side but it was worth paying for peace of mind and comfort. My only regret was only staying one night! ...

«Breakfast was varied and generous. The hotel staff working in the kitchen were very friendly and very helpful. Raoof Patel, who works at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Every time we saw him, he exuberantly greeted us and inquired if there was anything he could help us with. In all my years of staying at hotels, Raoof was the best example of what a hotel representative should be. We will certainly stay at Fairfield Commons again.»

«Nice hotel. I would stay again. We requested a room with double beds, but when we got in the room it was a king. We didn’t call downstairs we just kept the king because the bed was huge. Staff was nice and the bathroom and room was really clean.»

«Our first stay at one of your properties. There seemed to be a few things missing…a clock in the room, shower gel, and make up remover wipes. These are regularly included in other hotels where we’ve stayed. The breakfast was very good and Warren, the breakfast attendant, was very helpful and kept items well stocked and extremely clean. He makes a very good waffle too. Our room was very comfortable and the staff pleasant and helpful.»

«This Hotel has hard beds. The shower water pressure is terrible. I had a issue with my toilet told the front desk and was told it would be fixed and no one did anything at all. I definitely wouldn't recommend this place. I'm glad i was by myself it would have been more upsetting if my family was with me. For this to be a extended stay hotel. No pans No glasses not even tissues in the room. Lol»
