«Excellent service, comfortable rooms!»

«The room was clean and served its purpose; however, the hotel itself is very outdated. Unfortunately, the biggest disappointment was the customer service at the front desk. «There were roaches in their rooms were dirty, and they weren’t offering a refund terrible place don’t stay there»

«Two nights here and zero complaints on cleanliness or comfort. Free WiFi was decent for checking messages quickly.»

«Super close to where we needed to be. Plenty of room.»

Bed and couch both stained oh and it’s right next door to fire station so we got woken up by sirens .As for ac it had a window unit in front room only so bedroom was hot. I would have canceled as soon as we saw it but Vrbo takes a week to refund and I didn’t have the money to go somewhere else!!!!»

«Excellent overall. Walking distance to the college and Lew Wallace study. Lots of history on the property alone to explore. Street parking only. My only complaint is that the windows are single pane glass and allow in a fair amount of ambient nose. »

«Beautiful property Would definitely stay there again »

The location was perfect for easy access to beautiful Shades State Park. The kitchen was small for 10 people but adequately stocked. The gaucho grille was not appropriate for our needs: difficult to manage the heat and the grille surface does not work for burgers, etc. A conventional gas, propane, or charcoal grill would provide ...

«It was clean and quiet. A small town motel that didn't disappoint.»
