«The stay was "OK"; was very busy venue with (evidently) a number of sports teams in town for competitions in the area, so there was running in the hallways and late-night loud voices. Was also expensive for a Holiday Inn Express, but perhaps that's to be expected in that busy area. The morning breakfast area was crowded, so perhaps that could be looked out for folks to "grab & go" more quickly. Also, no coffee maker in the room was a bit puzzling. «Rim was clean plenty of towels and washcloths. There does seem to be some full time residence here. 1 or 2 night guests should not be given a room next to them. They're loud car starting at six a m for them to go to work.Well it's not pleasant»

«This was 1 of the most horrible stay ive had. The tv, shower, and light all not working. Hard as a rock beds. Walls so thin you and your neighbors are 1. Lied about free breakfast, its 2.99 an item. The cleaning staff cut too many corners. Also you can only have 2 towels per room. Which is ridiculous if theres 3 of you. Dont waste your time or money here. Need major improvements »

«This was our third time staying at this location. The first two stays were very comfortable and the rooms were clean. During the third stay after checking in, our room smelled heavily of cigarettes, especially the bathroom. The pillows had hair on them underneath the pillow cases, and there was hair on the toilet seat and around the interior of the bowl. To my understanding the property interior is smoke free. The front desk also said they are smoke free and that there should not be any smoke ...

«Stayed 2 days in May 2026 Very noisy neighbor, went to office needed a different room, young man in office said he'd speak to the room next door.....i said please don't just move me.....the way the world is today, fear of retribution from neighbor....I'm an older woman alone, neighbor a big man in 40's (i was staying 2 nights).....the neighbor was staying 1 night! «The rooms were filthy and the entry doors didn’t close the whole way. Non smoking rooms were filled with the smell of smoke. Couches were ripped and stained. I’ve never been to a hotel that was this dirty. I couldn’t even stay the night and they charged me for the room regardless.»
