«The stay was "OK"; was very busy venue with (evidently) a number of sports teams in town for competitions in the area, so there was running in the hallways and late-night loud voices. Was also expensive for a Holiday Inn Express, but perhaps that's to be expected in that busy area. The morning breakfast area was crowded, so perhaps that could be looked out for folks to "grab & go" more quickly. Also, no coffee maker in the room was a bit puzzling. «This was 1 of the most horrible stay ive had. The tv, shower, and light all not working. Hard as a rock beds. Walls so thin you and your neighbors are 1. Lied about free breakfast, its 2.99 an item. The cleaning staff cut too many corners. Also you can only have 2 towels per room. Which is ridiculous if theres 3 of you. Dont waste your time or money here. Need major improvements »

«This was our third time staying at this location. The first two stays were very comfortable and the rooms were clean. During the third stay after checking in, our room smelled heavily of cigarettes, especially the bathroom. The pillows had hair on them underneath the pillow cases, and there was hair on the toilet seat and around the interior of the bowl. To my understanding the property interior is smoke free. The front desk also said they are smoke free and that there should not be any smoke ...

«We had a decent stay. All staff members we interacted with were very kind. Lobby is cozy, outside is pretty. Appreciated that they allow dogs for a reasonable fee. The room was clean but felt like it could use some updating. We slept very well in the beds. When you first sit down they don't seem like they will be comfortable but they actually are.
