«Clean and well equipped (standard) cabin. A bit cramped for a family of 4 but fine for two nights. Heating excellent. Walking distance ~400m to visitor centre and shuttles to craddle mountain. »

«Peppers Cradle Mountain was amazing! The setting was beautiful, the cabins so warm and cosy, the lodge reception area was really inviting, and the nature walks around the lodge were stunning. Highly recommend this place. We stayed for two perfect nights. The meals at the tavern are really great and well priced too.»

«We booked two rooms, same price. One was upstair, view was allright and it was a good size room. The second was much smaller, just a small windows. The second had coacroaches and something (snail's?) that left slime tracks on the carpet. The better room had a toilet that didnt work. All in all, nice location and nice people - but the rooms need a cleanup. »

«An absolutely beautiful setting. So serene. From the moment we stepped out of the car on arrival the staff were very attentive and helpful, but never in your face. Loved the grazing lunch provided and the in-house meals were great quality. We stayed 2 nights and wished we had booked for 3. We would definitely go back.»

«Very nice hotel, great amenities, room was very nice with a nice view. Was there for a wedding and food was very nice. In the morning- the cafe was short staff and the queue was very long just for a coffee so we went off somewhere else. In general- great location and accommodation »

«Pods themselves were nice and clean. Bathrooms were not super clean and the showers were only luke warm with poor pressure. Lockers were quite small too.»

«Very Central Location. Clean. Old and dated. Was allocated a basement room below street level in front of the hotel so noise from the street (cars/people walking by). On the first night was disturbed around midnight by noisy guests having loud conversations which continued for more than an hour. May not have been an issue if we were on the upper floors. »

«Overall might have been a lovely stay but if you are handed the keys to room 6 turn around forget your money and go elsewhere. Directly on the main road, at the top of the stairs so you join in everyones conversations. Also directly above the noisy doo that enters the building. We had to make door jams with our pizza box to stop our door shaking eberytime the downstairs door opened.»
