«We’re staying in Deluxe cabin for 4, there is not hot water in both washrooms and kitchen. We found out at 5pm, which the reception was closed. We ran to reception and asked for help, a staff called their boss, and they offered us another room. It was disastrous to worry about having no hot water in such cold weather, and we were exhausted to ran back and forth between cabin and reception, as our house is quite far from the reception. «We booked two rooms, same price. One was upstair, view was allright and it was a good size room. The second was much smaller, just a small windows. The second had coacroaches and something (snail's?) that left slime tracks on the carpet. The better room had a toilet that didnt work. All in all, nice location and nice people - but the rooms need a cleanup. »

«The location was great for our family and the apartment was very spacious. The only issues I have was the people above us walking very heavy-footed so hearing every step right throughout the night. The chiming of the clock tower also kept me up (which is not the hotel's fault).»

«This is a very nice property with very friendly staff. The property is clean and well managed. My only criticism arises from outside traffic noise which can be disruptive. The hotel does, however, provide complimentary, disposable ear plugs for guests.»

«Overall might have been a lovely stay but if you are handed the keys to room 6 turn around forget your money and go elsewhere. Directly on the main road, at the top of the stairs so you join in everyones conversations. Also directly above the noisy doo that enters the building. We had to make door jams with our pizza box to stop our door shaking eberytime the downstairs door opened.»
