«It was a great stay»

«This exceeded our imagination. Everything was perfect and the staff was so nice and accommodating.»

«Excellent»

«The hotel staff was excellent . They were very helpful and enthusiastic. the property is located on the beach and has wonderful views , There is a free airport schedule available as well.»

«Very close to the Grand market. A little further from the beach than expected but wonderful beach view from the 4th floor restaurant.»

«Hotel Bio offers a relaxing atmosphere, excellent hospitality, and a great overall experience. The service was welcoming and the setting was beautiful. I would gladly stay here again.»

«The staff were nice, and the place was okay. The big problem I had was that they asked me to pay 2 times even though I booked my reservation via Expedia and paid in full. It looks like they don’t have a system to register the guests payment. I spent over 30 minutes going back and forth with the hotel personnel regarding the payment. After I provided them with the receipt, he settled everything. The next day when I was leaving the hotel, they asked me to pay again. Have to explain myself twice. ...

«Location was unsafe and terrible.»

«Room was spotless, large. AC was strong; Loved the water power and rain showerhead. »

«Good location, friendly and helpful staffs, good breakfast. Some improvements and upgrades if good bedsheets, and towels.»

«Alles gut Nice Place mir gefällt ich mal wieder..»
