«This hotel Quality Inn is very clean. The staff (Sarah &others) maintain the rooms as if they’re the ones who will use the room. The breakfast crew (Cherry) is so helpful with preparing waffles assisting the guests and wrapping the food for you in case you are going back to your room. I was amazed at her willingness to help. The only complaint is that there is no ice machine or laundry room for the guests. I spoke to Nicole the manager and she said she would definitely let the Supervisor know ...

«The house itself and near by houses on the same street are older but decently kept up, but please do your own research on this area prior to selecting this property. I was in a bit of a hurry on securing a place and this property allowed pets “with an added charge” not listed on the Expedia listing. Not being familiar with any areas surrounding Florence I wish I would have taken the time to properly research. »
