«Cindy a the office was a very lovely lady who made booking in a breeze. The room was very clean as was the park itself. The room had everything I needed and even had an upright fridge, a microwave and oven toaster and outside was a private undercover area with a picnic table and bbq. The room I stayed in didn’t have a bathroom but it took me literally about 12 steps to the toilets and shower with a locked passcode. Highly recommend»

«The condition of the furnishings in the room were terrible, the lounge chairs were well and truly worn out, threadbare curtains hanging on only a few hooks, chips in the seats on the wooden chairs. The rooms were stuffy and no flywires so couldn't have windows open, fans supplied but couldn't plug them in to be able to use them. the whole place is run down. very disappointing. Would not recommend»

«We had a 2 bedroom unit and it was very spacious and clean. The shower was small, but sufficient and the beds were comfy. The pool looked like such fun, but too cold just now.»

«Disappointing Stay – Not as Advertised We recently stayed overnight at Serenity on the Terrace in Mandurah and were very disappointed. Unfortunately, the property looks nothing like the photos advertised online. It is extremely outdated and in poor condition. There were patches of paint all over the walls, ripped curtains, and the couch was dirty and smelt strongly of mould, which made the place feel unhygienic and uncomfortable.
