«The hotel in it self is ok, one of the more pricy in the area so it should be great. What was lacking is the good service. Their internett is not working and I was told that the manager did know about it, it had been like this for 1 month, however not fixed. I was recommended to comment on it in the review in hope for it to be fixed... not that I think I'd stay a next time. Landry could not be done from the afternoon until the morning, only delivery afternoon-afternoon. At the end of our ...

«Debiera cambiarse la tina de baño por plato de ducha, para ofrecer al adulto mayor. Gracias»

«Very clean and staff was great. »

«Todo muy bien»

«Fantastisk opphold i Punta Arenas-hotellet var flott, opplevelsene supre og vi er strålende fornøyde.»

«Great place to stay. Great staff. Delicious dinner and breakfast. Only caveat is at the moment (26 September 26) the hotel is adding a large extension to the building so there was a lot of building work noise till 6.30pm and it started again at 9am. Because of the noise it was difficult to relax.»

«The property is located in a good location. Close to cafes and supermarket. It's just 2 blocks from the plaza armas. And very close to the waterfront as well. The staff were welcoming and friendly. I enjoyed my brief stay here.»

«Nice place for quick stays in Punta Arenas. Incredible host, close proximity to the airport, and nice amenities.»

«Me ayudaron a reservar el taxi al aeropuerto en la madrugada, e incluso se ofrecieron a darnos el desayuno en una caja para llevar. Excelente servicio!!»

«This stay was awesome. Start to finish the communication between the owner and Max helped us through all our needs. I was going to the marathon and they gladly accommodated my guests. If I had needs Max was on top of it. I only wish I had more time to hang out with Max around the fire pit. Would recommend the safe and hospitality to everyone and will wish to come back soon.»

«La dueña o encargada del hotel se portó súper atenta, muy amable , siempre atenta a cualquier cosa que se ofreciera para hacer en el lugar y alrededores, el hotel está 10/10»

«Had limited parking which required coordination but worked out. Didn't realize staff needed to meet you on arrival as the reception is not staffed all the time. It was fine but made for a bit chaotic check-in when it was not planned. The room was nice but we were in the front of the hotel and it was a bit loud from other guests coming and going at night. »

«La verdad es que antes ya me había hospedado en Diego de Almagro y me gusta. Su línea de atención»

«Other than the security concerns below, overall this is a nice accommodation. Not too far from the city centre, great price, and a simple but decent breakfast. Room was comfortable. There were two issues however, that might make me try a new place next time. Although the quiet hours were after 11pm, there was significant noise in the common area until 12:30am and starting again at 7am when we were there. This may not be something the hostel can control though. More importantly, however, it seems ...
