«Only remark is to enable electricity in the rooms during the day without interruption for fan and charging phones (solar panel with batteries for example). It was very hot and hard to rest in the room»

«We had the best stay! We booked the airport transfers, tours, and all meals, and everything exceeded our expectations. The food was incredible, and the rooms were comfortable, clean, and had wonderful AC—a true relief after a day of exploring! All of the staff were so helpful, welcoming, and courteous. Our tour guide, Diego, was incredibly knowledgeable, and we thoroughly enjoyed learning from him. Every tour was a fantastic experience! The pool and swim-up bar were perfect for a midday break. ...

The staff ran out with a fresh piece of chicken and told him it had Brazil nuts in it. When we questioned the GM she said that Brazil nuts are not tree nuts which they are in fact. ...

The additional trips for food for our Amazon excursions cost 60 soles each way. Driver said price is higher since you have long trip just to pickup client. Resort wanted to charge me for Dinner and Breakfast when my reservation stated both were included. Staff at resort were nice and understood our frustration with situation. When ...
