After a shaky start, the service improved over the weekend, The bed was clean but the carpet appeared dirty and the shower had mold around the edges. The outdoor balcony needed a good cleaning. Breakfast both days was really good.»

«Everything was great! Check in was easy, room was clean, had air conditioning, host was quick to respond with messages, and it was just a nice place to stay. Got to see a few cows, and a donkey across the road, so you get to see some cute animals on your stay.»

«The grandkids absolutely loved the game room. We felt very comfortable allowing them to entertain themselves in the mornings in that room. They lived in the hot tub half the afternoons of our stay. We had karaoke night that was hilarious! We now know of some hidden talent and why some should keep their day jobs! I do recommend privacy blinds in the bathrooms and bedrooms that face the house nearby. We created our own privacy curtains.»

«Such a unique place. Definitely need a truck or suv to get to it. But, we loved it. Kevin and Emily were awesome. We did have an issue with the internet for tv, and our hosts did reimburse us some money. Very kind of them. Sitting on the porch overlooking the river was my tv. Wonderful experience. Would love to go back there.»

«We stayed there for the weekend, while we had an event in Red Boiling Springs Tn. It's a beautiful place, in a nice quiet little town. The inside was a nice modern looking interior and very clean. The host was very responsive and polite. We would definitely recommend this place.P.S. Just a heads up though, if you're a bigger guy like me, you will be cramped when using the bathroom.
