«Great location - although lots of stairs if that's an issue. The property is beautiful and within easy walking distance to downtown Highlands. The lobby and bar looked really nice, and we were looking forward to coming back from dinner and grabbing a cocktail, and just hanging out, but were told at 730pm that there was a private party and that those areas were closed off to guests. I don't think I have ever heard of closing the lobby to guests - pretty disappointing.»

«Tired property. Room had a very musty smell. They did have an air purifier and dehumidifier in the room but the musty odor hit you the minute you entered. Mattress seemed old and was uncomfortable. On the plus side the room included a small fridge and in room coffee. The property had a nice restaurant on-site.»

«Really cool 60's vibe. Rock band pictures, peace signs everywhere. It really oozed peace and love throughout. We grew up in the 60's so it really took us back in time. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Location is very close to downtown. Great!»

«The Franklin Terrace was a great option for our stay in Franklin. The location to downtown is perfect and the owner/staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming. Would definitely come back and stay there again next time we are in town.»

«The hotel was 5 star all the way. The staff were all extremely pleasant and helpful. The manager was visible and offered dining, excursion and shopping suggestions. All excellent recommendations. Our suite was large yet had a cozy feel. Everything was immaculate. The breakfast was excellent from fresh berry compote to specialty pastries to imported coffee. A beverage bar was available 24/7. Breakfast out in the courtyard was quiet and lovely. The location was perfect for walking around town. ...

«The cabin was larger than expected. I appreciated that dogs were allowed. Communication was excellent.We were pretty chilly as the electric fireplace and wall heater weren’t able to keep up with the cold. We were concerned about the wall heater so we didn’t leave it on when we left or were sleeping. Pillows could need an upgrade but the bed was comfy. Would love to comeBack in warmer weather.»
