«Our stay at Skyline Lodge was terrific … the Frank Lloyd Wright motel has been perfectly preserved with a sense of detail, simply beautiful … nestled in nature with hiking nearby and very convenient to downtown. The staff were very friendly and accommodating and Oak Steakhouse was amazing, wonderful atmosphere, service and delicious food! We’re definitely going back!!!»

«We had never stayed in a yurt before and were pleasantly surprised about how nice and spacious everything is. The yurt itself is so fun and immaculate, it had everything we needed. The location couldn’t have been better, just far enough off the beaten path but close to restaurants, beautiful Nantahala lake and the NOC. «We had a great time, we enjoyed hearing the river flow as we sat outside by the fire. Seeing the fireflies come up from the ground each evening was magical. It was so peaceful and quiet. We went to celebrate our anniversary and throughly enjoyed ourselves and the town of Highlands. We’ll definitely be back.»
