«The hotel was ok, but it is one of the more disappointing experiences that I've had with regards to expectations vs. reality. The main reason I chose this hotel over other hotels in Clervaux was the spa. However, it did not live up to what the hotel website presentet. The hottub/jacuzzi was no more than a normal jacuzzi tub you find in a home. You had to fill it with water to use it and there was only cold water available. Who wants to sit in a ice cold 'hot tub'? «Super modern and clean hotel not far from the airport however has a lot of work to do in terms of information. No leaflet or anything available in the room with information about the services at the hotel so I had to go down to the reception to ask about food options etc. Staff is friendly and the interior is supermodern and chic. I will definately be back if I am in Lux again»
