The home was cold when we arrived, and by the time we heard back from the host to learn how to turn up the heat, it was to late to warm the home for the first night. «Because I had never visited Los Alamos when the booking said the place was located in Downtown I had envisioned a more traditional urban city center and not such a small village. But that's on me. As for the Canyon Inn itself it was centrally located, clean and relatively quiet. I also wasn't quite expecting the room to be a extra room in someone's residence but it was spacious and more comfortable than I thought it would be. The owners were friendly but not intrusive. «This is a clean, quiet, comfortable condo. It is not fancy, but has good beds, plenty of hot water for showers, and included every imaginable amenity such as bottles of water and condiments in the refer and coffee in the cupboard — very thoughtful. The neighborhood was absolutely quiet. The host responded to messages promptly. Overall, we had a most pleasant stay and would absolutely return. »
