«The people working at the Hotel was super nice and so helpful, they should work in a 5 star hotel.»

«Centrally placed near both new and old part of the city. Lots of restaurants near the hotel. Big rooms, but balcony had soft floor and was uninviting. But the rest was very satisfying. Good and plentiful breakfast.»

«God frokost og bra internett»

«It was very difficult to find the hostel because there were no signs outside or instructions on how to find the hostel. Turns out you have to enter the hotel on the address and they do the check-in process for the hotel. Once we found where to go, check-in and service was great. «Staff at reception were very pleasant and helpful. Hotel and rooms are in a bit of a state of disrepair and rooms are very basic and TVs dont work. Breakfast was very basic. Very expensive for the standard and facilities of hotel. Nice 15/20 min walk along river to city square although bit of waste ground needs to be gone across which is dark at night. Hotel right next to new / modern shopping centre with a great foodcourt.»

«Fin leilighet med det meste av fasiliteter. Greit spa område og enkelt å booke. »

«Hyggelig personale, ok frokost, bra renhold men slitt. Koselig takterrasse. »

«When I arrived at the middle of the night they lied about not receiving the payment. They wanted me to pay again, but only in cash. When I contacted Hotels.com they apologised and told me that the hotel had told them that we arrived 4 persons, even tho I was alone. I would strongly recommend Hotels.com to remove this hotel from their lists, and to all future customers; Stay away! This is only fraud!»

«Decent location, smooth check in. Property is as described in the listing which is always a relief. Underground free parking was a welcome addition.»
