«We were there for a very short time but it was a great little place. So cute and very clean. If I had to complain about something it would be the parking. The area is very small and can’t be maneuvered easily. The hotel has been there since the 50’s; cars were smaller then so it makes sense that the lot is how it is. It’s a great place to stay!»

«They have been updating the facility, but the housekeeping was not up to par. Our tub had a used washcloth in it. Eco friendly shampoo, etc in the bathroom except for bar soap at the sink. The corners of the room were filthy. Needs a good deep clean!!! Let the staff know, so they are aware.»

«Check-in was amazing. Everyone was so nice. Even though it’s on the street, it was still quiet. Ice room had laundry and a vending machine. The bed was soooo comfortable. If we ever return to Roswell, it’s the only place we would stay. Thank you Roswell Inn team!👽»

«In one of the rooms, the the fan wasn’t working also during late check-in. Nobody was there to check us in. They never gave a list to the answering services to get us in. Had to wait for property manager to show up to get us in our rooms. The Jacuzzi was not working as it illustrated in the reservation personnel were nice and friendly no issue there love the location love the scenery.»

«Great location and friendly staff, but was given wheelchair access room which meant the shower was pretty hard to use and the room next door kept us up half the night as ypu could hear every little noise, as well as the hallway. »

«The room was really nice. Only things that might need updating is the washer and dryer i had to do 3 cycles on the dryer ended up air drying clothes outside. They both didnt work as efficiently, and were super loud and shaky. Also the master bed need to be changed, the bed was thing and lopsided. Other than that, would definitely stay again.»

«We had a family reunion in Roswell with 4 couples with varying budgets. B & J Hotel offered us a 2 bedroom apartment with a living room, kitchen and washer and dryer for $ 150/ night. The staff was very helpful as we needed to change rooms. Parking is plentiful. The hotel is in transition and under construction so they are a “work in progress”. That being said we sell spots yes the safety, friendly staff and large rooms!»
