«Stayed here on a short 3 day business trip to Lesotho. The staff were excellent. Welcoming, friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean, the beds were comfortable and the bathrooms looked to have been recently updated. It also looked as if the rooms had been recently updated with new floors, paint and lighting. The room furniture was a bit dated and worn and our room looked to have had some water damage as one part of the wall was pealing and cracking. The food in the restaurant was good and ...

«I stayed for a night. The aircon works and is quiet, which is a big bonus for summer. Staff are friendly and obliging. Pricing is very affordable. However, numerous small repair issues point to a lack of care and pride. Fortunately i needed to get up early, as from 5.45am there are noises from music and staff that may disturb you. The bed is fine but pillows tired. Curtain are very thin so at night there is always outside light coming in.»

The safe in my room was not working (this is the second time at this hotel) and I asked for a couple of smaller things to be repaired. The repairs were done immediately. Good standard. «First, I got lost a number of times trying to locate the guest house On the first morning I arrived at the dining hall at 09h00 by then most of the breakfast had been eaten, I had to make do with some slices of bread and cheese which I asked for in the Kitchen. My booking included dinner which I had on the first night , but did not have on the second night. Please pay attention to the maintenance of wall plugs and remote control in room 105.»

«The place was okay and we were not far from everything. The only challenge was the bathroom had spiders, the preparation for breakfast took too long but it was good standard. Not enough parking for guests, no iron facilities but we were eventually assisted. The staff were friendly.»
