«The room door was taped with black electrical tape to secure the doorknob mechanism. The room door was difficult to open. The bath tub had caulk had mildew in several places and the toilet seat was stained. The mattresses were lumpy and worn. The towels were a dingy yellow (not white).»

«We had a wonderful one night stay at this great little country place! Loved the cute goats and cows surrounding the property-they were so charming and a joy to watch. Inside, the space was exceptionally clean, and the bed was comfortable. And the host was quick to respond! If you are looking for a peaceful, cozy rural escape, this is the perfect spot. We would love to come back!»

«Our Simpson/Andrews family was happy to be “On the Hill” at this fabulous home for the weekend. We couldn’t have asked for kinder hosts and bringing our two pups made the trip so much easier. The yard was perfect for them, the fishing from the private dock met the grandson’s expectations the plus was he launched his Kayak right off the slop in the yard and fished until dusk. «Decent for the price - beds comfortable, clean enough, smelled fine, doors secure, a/c worked well, amenities included as described, except there was no Wi-Fi. The sign in the office advertising the Wi-Fi networks and passwords were those of the neighboring hotels, and we never did get any of the passwords to work in spite repeated trips to the office. The smoke detector in one room was missing. There was a stain on one of the blankets.»

«We brought our big family of 8 here plus 2 nieces. The house was perfect and we had plenty of space. The kitchen was well stocked so cooking was so easy. The access to the lake was also great and everyone got to enjoy fishing for the first time. The house was clean, cozy and comfortable. We were able to walk right across the road and play mini golf and pet the beautiful horses. We will definitely be back!»

«My husband and I had a wonderful experience! We enjoyed the peace and quiet that this location had to offer. Beautiful sunset view off Lake Limestone in a vintage train caboose!! Incredible! Attention to all the details did not go unnoticed. Highly recommend this location for couples or a small family.»
