«The elevator floor was dirty when we arrived and when we left. The room was clean and we slept very well. We had no hot water for our showers. There was not much water flow. There would have been no way I could have washed my hair. Breakfast was ok. The coffee maker was not working. Only water came out no coffee. The woman in the morning when we checked out was very pleasant. I let her know we didn’t have hot water.»

«The breakfast this morning was much more than a simple continental and it started us on a good foot for today. The room was clean and the fridge was excellent, so good that our beers wanted to stay to our chagrin. I hope the staff enjoy them! I have allergies and I like to cook food for myself when I’m away - but the room I was given did not have a kitchen even though I called specifically to book that type of room. When I alerted the front desk about this, they said it was “ someone new” who moved me and there was nothing they could do. I could hear the entire phone call of them talking about me and it was super uncomfortable ...

«Excellent value and location to get anywhere in the Lehigh Valley, with clean rooms and lobby. The property is very safe. The building is older but again clean. Depending on who is at the check-in desk the reception and pleasantness range from fair to very good.»

«Room was dirty, door handle and lock were broken. Bed linens visibly dirty. Bathroom shower drain was broken pink slime in the shower. Toilet was disgusting not cleaned properly. One of the queen beds sheets were not changed there was still hair from previous guest so was not able to use that bad. I also was not able to take a shower because the bathroom was disgusting. I was physically injured from the bed rails sticking out of the bed frame. Would not recommend staying here. Management was ...

«We were in Bethlehem Pennsylvania for a graduation and stayed for four night at the Home2Suites. lOur room was comfortable and clean towels were refreshed as needed. The breakfast was OK, and convenient. The location was great and close to anything we needed. We’ll definitely stay here again.»

The cough was filthy and unusable, the desk area clean, the kitchen questionable clean. «1. Upon arrival, valet service was unavailable. When I called reception for guidance, I was directed to park in a random parking garage nearby. As a guest unfamiliar with the area, I had to walk alone for approximately 10 minutes at night carrying my belongings, which felt unsafe and completely unacceptable for a hotel of this standard. 2. «I used to book this hotel all the time and never once had a pest issue except every now and then I had a wasp in the room but never an abundance of ants…The lady at the front desk tried to blame it on me leaving food out and I let it go because I knew I didn’t and I was on the 3rd floor. What made it worse was that there were no ants at all near the window, they were specifically all on a night table and the desk even got to the point I had ants landing on me and I had random ants on the bed »
