«The spa was very beautiful and serene, loved the water features. My massage with Donna was thorough and relaxing. I would recommend taking a little extra time to enjoy all the amenities. The staff in the hotel and spa were absolutely fantastic and very helpful. This is a really interesting area with all of the old Bethlehem Steel buildings. Very cool.»

«The room was clean and smelled nice we stayed on the first floor near the gym and pool. There was still now chlorine smell or gym smell. The staff was super polite and helpful. They couldn’t be better. The WiFi function great. My only complaint is I paid for extra for a balcony and got the tiniest patio. I know it sounds stupid but they we they were advertised it made it seem like the were large and spacious but ours wasn’t.»

«The breakfast this morning was much more than a simple continental and it started us on a good foot for today. The room was clean and the fridge was excellent, so good that our beers wanted to stay to our chagrin. I hope the staff enjoy them! When I alerted the front desk about this, they said it was “ someone new” who moved me and there was nothing they could do. «Excellent value and location to get anywhere in the Lehigh Valley, with clean rooms and lobby. The property is very safe. The building is older but again clean. Depending on who is at the check-in desk the reception and pleasantness range from fair to very good.»

Having a small kitchen made it feel like a small apartment; while there is no continental breakfast, the kitchen equipment made it easy to prepare my own meals. During this visit, I also appreciated being able to use the pool and the free laundry facilities. Additionally, there was plenty of parking available. «We were in Bethlehem Pennsylvania for a graduation and stayed for four night at the Home2Suites. lOur room was comfortable and clean towels were refreshed as needed. The breakfast was OK, and convenient. The location was great and close to anything we needed. We’ll definitely stay here again.»

The cough was filthy and unusable, the desk area clean, the kitchen questionable clean. The bed looked clean but the pillows were horrible, the AC barely worked, and the more we inspected, filthy rugs, unvaccumed. «1. Upon arrival, valet service was unavailable. When I called reception for guidance, I was directed to park in a random parking garage nearby. As a guest unfamiliar with the area, I had to walk alone for approximately 10 minutes at night carrying my belongings, which felt unsafe and completely unacceptable for a hotel of this standard. 2.
