«We were so pleasantly surprised with this resort. We came for the night with our two toddlers and it was such a beautiful and peaceful place. They utilized the playground, swimming pools, and Cafe. It is a bit remote, but the resort has plenty of amenities to keep occupied. I am looking to stay in the winter and utilize their slopes! Thank you for a wonderful and peaceful experience!»

«Broken faucet for the shower and the shower curtain rod fell down when I tried to shower. Manager did switch us yo a different room after maintenance had gone home.»

«Floor in my room was not vacuumed seemed like a while since it was vacuumed, got a room with two beds, the beds only had sheets on them not blankets, there was only one blanket folded on the shelf, the one bed had some kind of stain on it, which was kinda gross»

«The location was great, the room was large. The room was very hot and the windows did not open. Maintenance came and said sometimes guests turn the fireplace on which overheats the room. They were had to turn on the ac which had not been turned on for the season. There is a utility closet in the room, which is very loud and ran all night ( sounded like sneakers in a dryer). One of the queen beds sheets were not changed there was still hair from previous guest so was not able to use that bad. I also was not able to take a shower because the bathroom was disgusting. «Excellent value and location to get anywhere in the Lehigh Valley, with clean rooms and lobby. The property is very safe. The building is older but again clean. Depending on who is at the check-in desk the reception and pleasantness range from fair to very good.»

«We were in Bethlehem Pennsylvania for a graduation and stayed for four night at the Home2Suites. lOur room was comfortable and clean towels were refreshed as needed. The breakfast was OK, and convenient. The location was great and close to anything we needed. We’ll definitely stay here again.»

«The check-in was polite enough, and quick glance entering property was clean enough, but when we opened our room for the first time it reeked of smoke and the TV was on. The cough was filthy and unusable, the desk area clean, the kitchen questionable clean. The bed looked clean but the pillows were horrible, the AC barely worked, and the more we inspected, filthy rugs, unvaccumed. The bathroom was gross, someone's hair in the shower, nasty stains on walls and doors. We won't be using this place ...

As a guest unfamiliar with the area, I had to walk alone for approximately 10 minutes at night carrying my belongings, which felt unsafe and completely unacceptable for a hotel of this standard. 2.
