«The room have a lot of mold on walls, ceilings and floor borders....the AC is extremely loud, the TV wasn't working right and it took them 2 weeks to get it replaced, the free wifi keep cutting off, can't hook Playstation to wifi because they block it, the free breakfast is Waffle that you make yourself, small cerals boxes bit often out of milk to make them and took the 45 minutes to send someone to replenish it, sometimes they have muffins Danish and yogurts...they put bagels and sliced bread ...

Upon our Saturday evening arrival, the cleanliness was unacceptable: the living room rug was filthy, the kitchen butcher block had black mold, the freezer had old spills, and corners were full of hair and cobwebs. «My Tactical partner and I needed a place to rest during the tactical games in Laurens. This place was awesome. Super clean, easy to access. It was a tad smaller than I thought but it didn't really matter since we just needed a cozy space to crash, get cleaned up, and eat our meals. I would totally recommend this place. «Property is a perfect 3/3, quiet, spacious, a nicely equipped kitchen and grill. Beautiful sunrises can be seen from covered back deck or dock as you listen to the roosters waking up, such a treat! Love that it’s conveniently located within walking distance to the Skippers Marina where we grabbed a quick bite, bought bait and rented a pontoon for a day on the lake.
