«Breakfast was great. The room was clean, although the toilet was a bit small. The car park was quite small for a hotel of this size, and parking was an extra charge. Overall, this was one of the better hotels we stayed at in Kushiro.»

«Nice, spacious and clean room. Courteous staff.»

«The onsen tub in the room was deceptively small for the images presented but the view was nice. This is a Dormy inn hotel.»

«The hotell is very nice, clean and the staff is so helpful. When we got there all our luggage got carried in and brought up to our room for us. The gym was clean and spacious, but could have had more equipment like weights. The breakfast was not our favourite and nothing like the picture in our room. The location is great and really close to several good restaurants.»

«The quality of hot springs are amazing. It's an outstanding quality. I really recommend this hotel if you like hot springs.»

«The hotel was absolutely fantastic! We were greeting outside the hotel, they carried our bags to our room and we were asked to relax with some tea and creme brulee. The meals were excellent and so tasty, a huge experience. Everything was perfect!»
