«The room was nice, clean and tidy. If I had to give a negative about our stay would be only because we had the upper stories room. And as I have a bung knew and the wife had a bung hip we found it a bit difficult to get to our room. As there was no staff at the motel we were not able to change it. But that's our fault. Other than that I could not fault the accommodation.»

«Again, always a pleasure to stay here. The staff are lovely. Big rooms with huge bathroom and all that you need. Comfy bed and nice and quiet. Lots of channels on tv. Super close to the mall across the street with cinemas and bowling. You'll have a super stay at the Punthill Knox. Melinda at the front desk will take good care of you. Enjoy :)»

«This property was very poorly appointed & maintained. It was not a "5 Star" clean nor did it have all that we expected for the description & price. The beds are truly awful. Low, very hard cheap mattresses, no mattress protectors or pillowtops. Really cold as just a sheet and thin quilt. No heating or cooling in one bedroom which also had hard floor coverings making it even colder. There were bugs, hair, dust and spills over window ledges, throughout the bathrooms, kitchen & stairs.
