«The room was clean and check in was easy. Staff was polite. The disappointing thing was that it was not beach accessible. The hotel name is beachfront and we can see the water, but you have to drive to the beach.»

«Room was in bad shape. Definitely not worth 800 dollars for 2 rooms for 2 nights... Blackout curtain was not functional and when I requested they replace the non-functioning window they said they would and never did. The charger on the night stand had been removed and replaced with a piece of wood. The " breakfast" was very disappointing.. not much selection for what I paid. Broken tiles in the bathroom and shower that ran barely at a trickle.. no pressure..»

«Key didn’t unlock the door, had to wait on employees to use an actual key anytime we wanted to enter. Power was lost for over 7 hours, when power came on the key pads still didn’t work. The overnight employee was the only helpful one. Property was kinda poorly maintained, looks like it could collapse.»

«This la Quinta is not like the pictures. Check-in went very well but first thing I saw was complimentary water that looked 2 days old. Our room appeared clean but I found either a dead tick or bed bug in the sheets! The bathtub was so old and patched and no drain cover that I took a sponge bath. They didn’t have soap, nowhere to charge my phone, and the ice machine was out of order. It’s been awhile since I stayed at la Quinta and I won’t be booking again.»

«Overall look of the property is real great, the lobby looks clean and upscale, the breakfast is great, taste real good, however it seems the staff cares too much about waste or did not calculate correctly as there was constantly lines forming due to food running out, same with coffee. «The original room we were assigned had a foul odor and the TV did not work, so we requested a room change. Unfortunately, the second room also had a strong unpleasant smell as well. I’m not sure if this was just an issue with the third floor, since both rooms were located there. The biggest concern was cleanliness.
