«Older motel rooms are ok. Beds were clean but Flies and Asian beetles in room. No basics like other rooms...like tissues, plastic glasses to go with the ice bucket. Just travelers bars of soap and a conditioner... Not my favorite motel but I have stayed at worse.»

«Was fine. Need to update some furniture. Complimentary breakfast was less than satisfactory.»

«It was perfect and what we were looking for!»

«Adorable little cabin, only regret was not being able to enjoy the lake more. We were in the area for a University Graduation.»

«Nice place. A little older, but neat as a pin and comfortably fit our group of 8. Very large kitchen and MASSIVE deck which gave excellent views of lake. We went over 4th of July and lake was incredibly busy that weekend. They had a fun boat parade across the lake on the 4th. The lake quieted down considerably after the 4th and it was nice. Caught walley off the dock»

«Property was clean and comfortable. Hot tub was great. No oven, so plan accordingly with meals. The downfall was having no access to the water from the beach. Dock needs a ladder.»

«This property provided us with an amazing experience. Loved it so much that we didn’t want to leave. Highly recommended!»

«Super conveniently located apartment in a historic building. Bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean. We were very grateful for the A/C I’m the 95-degree weather. Plenty of room to spread out, and a good homebase for our Laura Ingalls Wilder weekend.»

«The property was very clean and updated nicely. It was stocked with everything you need except an icemaker or trays for ice. HWY 25 was busy with semis hauling corn as it was harvest season, but wasn't noticeable when inside. Overall, a very nice place and far better than a hotel.»

«The bunkhouse was everything we needed. DeSmit was a quaint safe town to visit.»

«It was a cute old home, with all the charm that goes with it. If you are sensitive to old home basement smell, you might want to bring an air purifier. We arrived in the evening and out the door early, would have enjoyed more time.»

«Absolutely wonderful!»

«The Lake community is very happy and kind. They made our vacation experience worth every minute. The location of the house is perfect and the neighbors were very friendly, boaters driving by waived and we felt at home. The house was a disappointment…. It wasn’t clean, numerous things were broken, weeds everywhere, very few supplies (paper towels, TP, cleaning supplies, etc). Every VRBO I/we have been to, has some sort of direction book about the house, restaurants to visit and cleaning ...

«Beautiful place, conveniently located, so clean and comfortable. Thank you!!»

«This property was absolutely perfect for our family lake trip. There were plenty of toys for the kids to play with, and we absolutely loved the garage and outdoor space. We would definitely stay here again!»

«Great place for a group of people, had everything they listed. Beds were comfortable!»
