«Highly recommend Channel Cabin if you are planning a day trip to Bruny Island. It is just a short drive away from the ferry in Kettering. The boat cruise from Adventure Bay was the highlight of our trip!The cabin was very clean and cosy. The heat pump was sufficient to heat the whole cabin. The kitchen was well equipped and we really appreciated having the air fryer and coffee pod machine. «I only stayed for a couple of nights and would loved to have stayed longer. The cabin was great with a very generous selection of treats waiting on arrival. I loved the range of cooking appliances even if didn’t have time to use them. Diane was very helpful pointing me in a couple of directions related to my reason for being in that part of Tasmania.»

It is dilapidated, dirty, and unfit for rental. There were dead bugs all over inside and a live scorpion, stains in the carpet, and the pantry had dirty empty containers.
