«Blue Wren Cottage was perfect for our recent 4-day stay when we were looking for somewhere quiet to recharge ourselves. It was very well-equipped, with lots of thoughtful touches to make our stay more comfortable. The pretty garden and sea views were very relaxing. It is some distance to shops and restaurants, but was well-set-up for self catering. A local restaurant is planning to reopen in Nov 2024.»

«This house is great for up to 3 couples or a family and is about half way between the 2 major golf courses - Ocean Dunes and Cape Wickham. Hosts were brilliant with comms. Pantry is stocked with staples and the local catering was fabulous. Great fire places for a rainy day. Only 2 bathrooms/showers, both with the toilets in them which was the only drawback. You need a hire car if you stay here. »

«Initially the Manager made us most welcome, bringing flowers, muffins and words of advice .. an unexpected and delightful surprise ... and we soon found the homestead comfortable, clean and attractive with plenty of space, great beds and all the mod cons. The garden is just heavenly - filled with flowers, trees and an array of local birdlife ... not to mention cheeky wallabies and the occasional wild turkey or pheasant! 220 was the perfect base from which to go forth daily to meet friends, ...
