«Lot of confusion with stuff : room was not ready and they could not find reservation, gave me different room. After moved me to an other room . Check out was terrible! They tried to charge me twice for the breakfast…Just to much hustle there , not good computerized! »

«Meget fint hotell, behjelpelig resepsjon. Minibank rett ved siden av hotellet. Eneste minus 10 minutt med taxi utenfor sentrum. Men utrolig store avstander i byen, så nesten samme hvor en ligger. Rimelig i forhold til norske priser og jeg hadde større rom enn leiligheten jeg hadde en gang. Og ikke å glemme restauranten som ligger i samme bygning, meget god mat. Alltid rent og fint rom.»

«Nice looking hotel nice bed and clean bathroom i was happy whit this. But it is not alowd too smoke in this hotel but no one care it stincks like smoke in hallway and also gets in too the roms!!!! even whit sign of penalty if you smoke!!!!!! Why the hotel dont kick this person out!!! Its alitle bit away from the city center but you can walk too main things in Kharkiv around 15 minute walk. The staff was rather rude and i dident like them at all. My wife speaks russian and she feelt they treat us ...

«Great staff and great place. My only gripe was that the showers were not always hot. Thats important to me in the heart of winter. There was no lift (elevator), so maybe not your first choice if you struggle with stairs.»

«Oleg, the Manager is very communicative, easy to deal with, and is quick to react to requests. I was in Kharkiv at a time when missile strikes were a regular occurrence and still the property was well maintained and comfortable. Aside from Russian attacks, the general area seems very safe and is very much a family environment with a large playground in the enclave, and a small supermarket and otter shops within a 3 minute walk. »
