«So much character. Beautiful surroundings. What a picturesque place!»

«Room gross. Staff friendly and helpful. Did not use shuttle. Shops nearby were convenient. Entire property breaking down and needs a gut then remodel. Fire sprinkler heads leaking and smoke detectors non existent. Vacant units had chirping detectors ALL… NIGHT… LONG. Shower head leaked, toilet slow to flush, thermostat cover broken, grime all along baseboards, fridge was off and spewed out defrost water when door opened. Won’t stay here again.»

«Hotellet er litt sliten, men oppveides av god beliggenhet og fantastsik service av de som arbeider der. Hotellet ordnet transport til og fra flyplassen - super service. Restauranten som er i forbindelse med hotellet er veldig bra og har god mat. Dermed litt skuffet over tildels mangelfull frokost. Til tross for dette vil jeg nok bestille der igjen grunnet god service:-)»

«The place is beautiful with a million dollar view. The host is thoughtful and wonderful, easy to communicate. I have stayed at this place more than three times and its one of my favorite places in Ketchikan tostay when its available. »

«We had a terrific stay on the Lady Faye - we are a family of 4 with 2 teen boys ( age 17 and 13). This is a beautiful ship in an incredible setting - we had coffee in the AM watching floatplanes and cruise ships glide by - in the evening seals and sea lions coupled with fishing cruisers coming and going was beautiful. Russell was very kind and accommodating and had nice touches like breakfast supplies and wine on arrival. The boat was very clean, beds very comfy and cozy, safely docked in a ...

«Cabin was comfortable for 4 adults. Kitchen was small yet accomodating minus oven.Bathroom was functional and clean. Deck view was spectacular and charcoal grill was sufficient.Overall great stay.»
