But the real issues are: the property description shouldn't indicate , you will get green geckos all over the place, long horned beetles , walking sticks , aggravating , katydids and cats that don't care that you're carrying heavy suitcases because they refuse to move out of your way. Coqui frogs go on all night and roosters early morning. No curtains so you always wake up at the crack of dawn. Cats are fed in guest kitchen and will lick your food. ...

«Hotel is on owner’s property. Very little interaction with them except a few calls. 3 stars is because of the smell of mildew and mold but it may be something they cannot control in a tropical location. However, it is so close to the National Volcano Park. We didn’t waste time driving to get there. Able to arrive early without having to wake up too early.»

«I really liked that the cabin is surrounded by tropical plants. The room is quite clean. The entry code provided by the platform and the host are different leaving us a bit confused. The shower water pressure is really low. After I complained about it, it is fixed by the maintenance person on the morning of my last day there.»
