After discovering all the restaurants in town were shut down before our arrival, it was a relief to find a couple snacks and fruits in a bowl waiting for us on arrival. «Hale Ohia Cottages ligger kort vei fra Volcano nasjonalpark. Jeg leide en veldig idyllisk frittliggende hytte. De holdt på å bygge mens jeg var der, med flere enheter i to nye bygg. Jeg synes det meste av sjarmen lå i det å ha sin helt egen hytte. Er du avhengig av godt nett er dette ikke stedet å være. Men ser du etter ro og sjarm anbefaler jeg stedet høyt. Jeg var to netter, og gikk lange turer i nasjonalparken. Veldig flott. Husk å ta en kveldstur dit, så du får med deg vulkanen i aktivitet. ...

«This is our second time to stay here. We loved it, and came back because it was so quiet and comfortable, and such a beautiful place and view. The yurts are well equipped and clean. The elevation makes for comfortable cool, but not cold, nights. The central sky light is spectacular at night with so many stars. It is calm and quiet and beautiful with various flowers. But it is easily accessed from Kona South Point and Volcanoes National Park. If we get back to the big island again, we hope to ...

«The yurts were well appointed with everything needed to enjoy a stay. (Coffee, cream, condiments, shampoo, conditioner, towels, kitchen appliances, potable water crock, linens, beach towels, etc) It was perfect for us with our kids. We enjoyed 2 nights and got to really check out all south point has to offer.The bathrooms are at the back of the deck that connects the yurts, they had two toilets, two sinks, and a shower. Great space, it is separate from the yurts but they provide flashlights.They ...
