«The property exceeded our expectations! The host answered questions in a timely manner. We stayed for a girls basketball tournament weekend. The girls and parents all had such a great time! The beds are all comfortable and the kitchen is fully loaded. The hot tub is devine and the parents all left wanting a Miele coffee system of our own. Nobody wanted the trip to end. Five stars does not do the property or host justice!»

«The surrounding area of this cottage is beautiful, private and very quiet and the creek in the back is its best attribute. I have stayed at several vrbos over the years and this one felt more like a camping cottage on a camp ground than a vrbo home. We were surprised to find it was heated by an electric fireplace in the main room which was broken upon arrival. The hosts did a good job of getting it fixed the next day but it was a cold night. «The place was perfect for our group. Everything from the beds to fire pit to hot tub to the kitchen was above our expectations! Minisplits in each bedroom for customizable climate control was a big plus as well. Peter was a great and very communicative host. We will definitely come here again when in the area. Five stars!»

«This place is amazing! It is huge! We had 19 people and didn't feel crowded at all. Not only was there a great room for all of us to gather, but other nooks for smaller groups. And the kitchen table seats 18 people and has 2 refrigerators. Although the weather was cold and snowy, River House was cozy and warm. Host was very quick to respond to queries. Grocery store really close by.»
