«It is a Hotel that is under maintenance so there was a lot of construction but that is okay. The location was wonderful and the staff was great and very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the breakfast was good too. Would recommend for consular visits. The light comes through the doors so you won't get very much quiet time or a dark room, that would have been nice but we were there only for one night, so it was fine.»

«The wife and I had to stay in the area for a little over two weeks. We had looked at other hotels in the area and after some careful consideration chose Confort Inn Ciudad Juárez for the overall rating and price.
This has to be one of the cleanest, most well-maintained hotels I have stayed at. The rooms and floors and cleaned every single day, as well as the elevators and the everything in between.
The customer service was excellent. Always addressed very respectfully and had many questions ...

«Perfect place to stay if you have appointments at the consulate. Clean and comfortable beds. Only negative to mention is that several of the rooms do not have windows. The sister hotel, also called the Mesaluna, has a pool that you have access to. Both are great properties and BOTH easily walkable to the consulate.»
