«Our host "Duc" was very friendly and accommodating, there was efficient and effective communication before, during, and after our stay. The house was in perfect condition and nicely decorated. we had plenty of supplies for our stay, loved the game closet. I wish the weather would have been warmer so we could enjoy the outdoor space that was provided. I cannot think of anything the host could have done to improve the property. Highly recommend staying here if in the area.»

«Danny is a good communicator. I had quite a few questions prior to arrival that he answered quickly. The parking in front of our room wasn't ideal for two motorcycles due to the loose gravel and awkward transition from the street to the parking area, but we made it work. The room was bright and clean. The beds were comfortable and the shower had good water pressure. The kitchenette was a nice perk. If we decide to go down to Grafton again, I will definitely look into staying here.»

«We really enjoyed our weekend. It was a girls trip. The rooms were clean and the place was well stocked. However there were a few areas that needed attention. The front windows that everyone looks out toward the river were filled with dead ladybugs. They really should be cleaned out. Loved the outside sitting areas- but the outside chairs - both on top and on bottom of deck were very dirty. The cleaning person should do a quick wipe down of the chairs and table as part of their cleaning ...

«we rented the entire house, so 2bath, 3 bedrooms. Positives: plenty of kitchen items between both units. Negatives: front bedroom really noisy with street cars and garbage pu, house very dirty, kitchen floor not mopped as I spilt water drops from cooler unloading and wiped with paper towel and came up dirty. No broom to sweep up crumbs, also why SO MANY dead flies when maid was just there? I picked up (with paper towel) 12 dead flies on floor and they kept appearing , Bathroom set up on front ...
