«The hotel was nasty , bad smell not in a safe looking area. We didn't stay because it was so horrible»

«My AC was not working so my room was warm but the staff worked on it ASAP and attempted to help me with a giant fan as all the other rooms were full. I understand. It is hard to do much more than that in those conditions. They did the best they could in that situation.»

«The whole property is well maintained. Upon first arrival, I noticed the flower beds, and plants are looked after. There was no trash. I was quite impressed. I have been to Gainesville, Texas many times where my father lives. The grounds of several hotels are not maintained and that reflects on how the inside is kept. The Pine Bluff location is great. I can tell there is nice, new carpet and and extra effort to present a welcoming atmosphere. I am a consultant for fine detail, so those things ...

«The room was small for a king bedroom to me.»

«Breakfast is good! Staff were friendly. Rooms for the cost were terrible. It smelled like smoke, elevator light was off. Lamps had rust. AC units had dirt and rocks on the vents, bathroom sink had white cleaning substance that could not be removed. No ironing board. They never made my bed or changed my linens. All of this for $196 a night because they tripled the price due to a University Homecoming weekend! This was PITIFUL! I deserve a refund for this travesty Expedia!»

«Great room!»

«We had a horrible experience and would never return or recommend this place to anyone. As soon as we entered our room, we discovered that the refrigerator was leaking and there was a pool of water on the floor. Although they came and replaced the refrigerator, the experience got even worse. When we returned to our room, we found bugs crawling all over our food and inside our food containers. This was absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. The lack of cleanliness and basic sanitation was ...

«Nice place to stay»

«No coffee in the rooms no more. Went to lobby, no coffee. Breakfast, well not much biscuits and watery gravy, just plain, no sausage. Filled out coffee cups up, but our creamer in and took a sip,,STONE COLD😡The wife had to climb stairs to get a bucket of ice. We're both seniors, we don't do stairs no more. Carpet was dirty, stained both in room and hallway. We didn't check out the pool»

«This property is outdated and very unsanitary. 2 floor facility without an elevator. Had to make 2 trips to get all my belongings to the 2nd floor. Room 213, the couch is not even Goodwill worthy. White hotel towels are beige with previous guests' usage still present on them. The mattress pad looked to have faded blood dried on it. The furniture was dusty. And had to pay homecoming weekend rates for a dump! Didn't dare attempt to eat breakfast there. NEVER AGAIN.»

«Breakfast was not available neither was the pool however the lady at the lobby did wash my personal laundry for me for a very small fee and she did a fantastic job»

«Room was clean and comfortable.»

«The clerks were wonderful, rooms are clean. The bed is great, I did not get up with my back hurting not one time. It’s really quiet add I felt safe the whole time I was there. Close to fast food places. Easy to get into the hotel and out it sits right next to a red light.»

«Very friendly and helpful staff, super clean room, comfortable bed and quiet room! Would definitely stay there again.»

«The property was located a couple of blocks off a major throughfare. For a traveler on a budget, this made finding moderately priced essential very easy and convenient. We had to make a last-minute change. The property owner was very accommodating. The property was everything it was advertised to be. The property was a great value. »
