«The only issue we had was the door lock batteries died and luckily my wife was still in the room to let me in. They put new ones in but we had to.let him in to change them on the inside of the door. So what if we were both out of the room, how was anyone getting in to change them?»

«We ended up staying last minute after our other reservation turned out poorly. The evening desk reception woman was very welcoming and we were able to get the suite we wanted. Loved that breakfast was till 10 am on Sat and Sunday. Also, a 12pm check out was wonderful so we didnt feel rushed in the morning. »
